This happened in pretty much every Act boss fight for me. a Power charge 3 times in a row and loose your Frenzy charges in a boss fight because of bad RNG. Even if you channel for multiple seconds just to refresh charges, chances are that you'll end up getting e.g. You gain a Power OR Frenzy charge after a second of channeling. It obviously doesn't matter for map clearing as you get charges on kill, but in its current implementation, Swift Killer can't keep up charges even if you channel for far longer than 20 stacks (Divine Ire). The same problem is even more significant for Trickster's Swift Killer notable, which gives you a Power or Frenzy charge each second while channeling. Sure, maybe Divine Ire isn't made for this support, but remember that there are plenty of other charge-and-release skills in the game: Storm Burst, Blade Flurry, Charged Dash, Scourge Arrow, Incinerate, Flameblast. You can get Infused Channeling to 0.6s at 20/20, but at that point my cast rate will be even higher. I can easily reach 20 stacks in under a second, so I effectively never get the buff.
